Thoughts about Japan and help with protection.
Big things, fearful things, things that belong to serious science, things that are invisible, things that don’t easily go away, can easily disempower us. What can we do? How can we fight it?
Sometimes there is no one big, single thing that we can do at all. Sometimes it may not be necessary to do big things to counter big problems. Sometimes a little is enough.
Everyone has individual reactions to stress situations, and everyone has individual solutions. Despite the seeming power of statistics and research studies, these are simply sophisticated guessing that may be relevant to very large groups but do not dictate the fate of any single person.
Any suggestion that any one thing can save us from radiation, however,
should be viewed with a healthy degree of scepticism. Like other pervasive forms of environmental pollution, we cannot realistically hope to completely avoid contact.
We are not helpless. We are able to take care of ourselves. We can take responsibility for our own mind and body. We may not escape all the damaging effects, but we can help ourselves to reduce the negative impacts of these major stressors.
The key is, (as in all healing and all personal growth):
To give the best nutrition, allowing body systems to repair damage as effectively as possible.
To remove waste and potential toxins from the body.
This should be addressed on every energetic level, from physical to emotional to spiritual.
Remember, all the organs of the body, all the systems, all the cells, renew themselves at an enormously rapid rate. Theoretically then, most damage can be reduced or repaired so long as the body has the means and the correct information to do so. Remember that most medical interventions do no direct healing – they primarily give the body’s own systems a chance to get the upper hand once more. Only the body repairs the body.
Long- term environmental stressors can be difficult to cope with because their ‘signal’, their inherent, persistent energy, is so strong that it overwhelms and confuses the normal patterns of functioning within the body. So the more we can maintain our own energetic integrity, our own personal signature, the less we will be thrown off-balance.
Like with diseases like AIDS and cancer, the threat or presence of radiation will create an enormous feeling of helplessness and despair. We may not be able to change the situation we are in at all, but we do have the ability to alter our reactions, our emotional stance and by so doing we can reduce some of the aggravating tendencies.
Flow, release, forgive, accept.
This strategy is not one of giving in, or a sign of weakness. As with physical panic, the body tenses, the breath shortens, blood chemistry alters. This is biologically apt for a short period where survival requires instant action. It is not an appropriate response where the immediate danger is conceptual or where no physical recourse is useful.
Rigidity at any level prevents the even flow of life energy.
We may be able to do little about the circumstances we find ourselves in, but we can conquer one thing:
fear.
If we can remain fearless then, whatever happens, we will remain in the state of unity within the flow of life. Remain fed and supported by the world, and through the world, the universe, and every energetic need, every spiritual, subtle nutrition will remain available to feed and repair.
Separation and isolation diminish our ability to draw to us what we need to be sustained and whole. Thus, connection to larger systems will potentially enfold us in power that protects and upholds our existence.
Once we have done what we can do:
cleanse and purify our systems,
maintain energy flow,
connect with our primary energy sources ( the planet),
Release emotional blocks and guilt,
Then we are wise to relinquish all else to the finest levels of spiritual authority to which we are personally aligned.
Forces too great for us to deal with personally require even greater powerful forces to vanquish. All that is needed is to ask for help.
Thanks for sharing. Well said
