Explanation requested plz~ Faithfully Debbie
It was all to do with…. what? Lets see…. With a work of ‘art’ being the only way to record a moment. A continuance of an image, an emotion, a person. Like Well’s Time Machine staying unchanged as the centuries flicker by…..but then the uncertainty of seeing, remembering, reformulating with veracity…..art as chrysallis, a form holding slushy, roiling life in flux….

I like this very much. The idea of preserving as clear a picture as possible.
Remaining in the present moment though…now that’s tough….especially for a writer of fiction 🙂 I’m working on it though.

For the past five years or so, I have been fascinated with mnemonics and the faculty of recollection. If one cannot recollect past knowledge when it’s needed, what good is it to have the knowledge to begin with? Art is sort of a real memory palace. Instead of imprinting images, sounds, smells, etc. into familiar memories, you’re bringing them forth into the real world, where they are more easily tenable. I like this an may adopt it.
